terms and conditions
Project Hike is not responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings.
I understand that participating in Project Hike hikes, event, gatherings, meet ups ("Activities") including all Activities officially affiliated with Girl Get Outside may be physically strenuous and I participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury (ranging from minor irritations to catastrophic injuries, such as heart attacks or even death), property loss, including inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries.
I do not have any medical conditions that would hamper my ability to participate fully in the Activities that would make my participation unduly risky.
I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Project Hike, it’s agents or members for any personal injury, property damage/loss or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I understand that by agreeing to this waiver I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue.
I intend my acceptance to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
I understand and acknowledge that my participation in the Activities with Project Hike may be recorded, streamed, and/or otherwise captured and used by Project Hike in any manner via any media now known or hereafter created in perpetuity without any payment to me whatsoever.
I understand Project Hike requires a minimum donation for hike participation of $10.00. Proceeds are directed towards the designated dog rescue for each region.
